Herbs, clay and tea

In our herb garden project week we replanted a bed in the school garden. Everyone researched one herb, wrote a fact sheet and made a clay label.

Then we visited the school garden in Fürth’s city park — to compare, and because it smells so good there.

At the end we ate herb butter, sweet lemon-balm pesto and tea. It really was delicious.
